this is where i'm at so far. i'm making a seatpan, and a one off exhaust system now. the bars will have 1 1/8" straight risers, 6" tall, and 1 1/8" straight bars.

Can you tell us the frame measurements as far as UP, forward stretch, and rake angle?

Hi!
Honestly, I'm not sure of the measurements, lol.
What I did was, installed 6" over forks, then cut the neck and raked the frame until the bottom of the frame was parallel with the ground. The rake is approximately 50 degrees, with no stretch up or out.
It's a bear to ride at slow speeds, but very stable at cruising speeds.
