Build progress this weekend is pretty much prep work. My buddy who lives 40 miles out of Phoenix has a huge place, which is why it is 40 miles out of town... That's Matt, my friend who bought the shop built Dragon in my other thread. Anyway, he's letting me use his big ass garage and table lift to finish both of my builds. This kicks ass because I'm sick of getting shit from my own housemate about work in our garage.
So, to the point, this weekend I'm adding a 16 inch extension to his table lift making it 96 inches long so all the WCC bikes will fit on it... there are 4 between myself, Matt, and his brother Luke. I'm making it detachable so it can go back to 80 inches for regular wheel base bikes and coating the top with spray on truck bed liner. Pics after I finish tonight.

12 ga plate went on top, then I sanded the rusty old lift and painted it with rust sealing primer. A couple days after this shot I sprayed it down with rattle can truck bed liner.

Foiled again...
So this week I got my BDL 3 inch belt drive, new transmission, and the PM pulley to match my wheels. The wheels I bought came with a 1 inch pulley so I had to order a new 1.5 inch... of course they sent me the wrong fucking size, 1 1/8". So without that pulley I wont be able to get the drive-line sorted out this weekend... well fuck me then.
Twisted Choppers finally shipped my springer front end, I wont have that till Monday anyway. I guess I guess I'll just mount the engine, trans ,and belt drive and leave the frame on blocks this weekend. Maybe a good thing since that will only take up Saturday afternoon and I can just chill on Sunday.
I've got some Choppers Inc. risers now so I guess I can order my Super-bars from Chassis Design and then next weekend I'll have a full roller pic.

A new rear fender should be here Friday, Super Bars from Chassis Design Co., the right size PM rear Pulley this time, the .5 primary spacer and same size front pulley off-set from BDL. That should keep me busy all weekend getting the drive line squared away and mounting the fender.
