Damn boy, Mines been at the powder coaters for a month! Looks good as though man, is everything Black? I've been thinking about what areas I'm going to grind the paint off when I get it back, are you going to get rid of the paint on the axle holes, where the axle runs along?

i never did back there, since the lateral tension kept everything good. A few spots i did either mask for paint or grind after PC was the engine mounts to keep a good ground, and the upper engine mount point to the frame. i had the paint fade up there causing room for vibration, and after a long trip, the vibration had transferred to the upper motor mount bracket and fcked up the threads in the head where it fastened. if you have a regulator mounted to the frame or anything, just be sure you have a good ground there as well. threads into the frame are a better ground (unless you use a lot of loctite) than through holes and washers.

Thats cool won't be long now. Thats how my paint went I didn't know what it was going to look like til I picked it up. Nothing like that eliment of surprise when you have a paint master on the back end of a spray gun.
