I think the other spacer is for a 1" axle.

Ah Cheers custom X, can't believe I missed that.

AussieWCC, thanks for the time in your replies, you should get some pics up of your build. My supplier has an engineer he uses over here, and he didn't mention anything about it going to cost as much as $6500. That would be fucked.

I ended up taking the trans to the chopper shop near work, they ripper the nut off and are putting another spacer behind the chain sprocket, then putting the nut back on, and pressing the front spacer on for me.

My rear wheel sprocket and brake disc are out getting machined, hopefully have them back next weekend.

As soon as I get the trans back I'll bolt up the inner primary, then try set up the rear wheel.

Hey mate sorry about all the numb nuts repetitive replies. I thought I was having issues with my laptop and for some reason CC was letting me reply one sentence messages. Nevermind...

Initially I spoke to a few engineers directly with no luck. Then MMW suggested I speak with Mainframe Custom Cycles here in Melbourne. The owner is excellent. We just did the engineering last week. When we spoke he said it might cost around $2500. I haven't been billed yet but I am expecting something around that mark.

I'll try to start a thread and put some pictures shortly I hope.

Shit, my supplier hasn't said anything like that, He said something in the range of $200-$500. I guess I'll have to lookout for that then.

I'd expect that you'd be lucky to get an Engineer to X-Ray the neck and sign off on the frame for that price. Be nice if it is though...

Either way, the money probably won't matter either way, I guess it's something I'd want to know about though.

My new exhaust came today, fitted it with out the gasket/torque cones and it's clearing the frame which is cool. I just have to drill and tap 2 holes on the seat post there for the mounting bracket, I'll do that after I fit everything around it though.
