This is the style CFL I've always liked from way back and has a similar look I'm going for,......4up, Villain tank, regular seat, hidden battery, drag bars, forward controls, to name a few things my build has in common with this bike.

That was in the Performance Machine days,....before Brembo ended up being the brakes of choice, for WCC.

This looks like the same bike, but the bars and risers have been changed and some web rear fender struts were added.

Getting back to that 3D dude-those bikes really exist right? and then he just takes a photo and puts a 3D effect on it for some reason.

I've looked at all the stuff he has computer generated, and it is awesome. He has put plenty of time into it, and it is amazingly accurate to the real thing.

Well, they sure have a lot of similarities.

Same wheels, forwards, pipes, air cleaner, tank, engine and trans, oil tank "and" cap, forks, trees, rotors, seat, flame job is identical, (even the Danny Gray seat tag is lined up with the same flame lick in each shot), black PM caliper, hand controls, and grips,... even the rear brake line runs in the exact same spot in both pictures, and there's a small silver clamp on the left down tube, in both pictures.

I still don't see anything different aside from the bars/risers and the rear fender web strut.

If they are two different bikes, I've never seen two bikes from WCC so much alike.

This CFL II was one of the first with any exposure after the new frame was introduced. I believe it was on the cover and featured in Hot Bike.

This is a CFL II made for Kiehl's, a mens skin care products company, around since 1851. (An example of how, when WCC has a sponsor for a bike, they put the company's name on it,....as apposed to "some other" shop that turns a bike into a "parade float" ).

Here's some before and after shots.

Why a motorcycle for Kiehls?

Kiehl’s motorcycling tradition has its origins in the passions of Kiehl’s founding family member AARON MORSE, who possessed an intense love for adventure and vintage bikes. The bulk of his collection was displayed in the “motorcycle room” of the company’s East Village flagship for the enjoyment of patrons. Today, Kiehl’s is not only regarded as a modern day apothecary, but also for owning one of the most exclusive collections of vintage motorcycles.
