That's a storage compartment, not the gas tank. Gas tank is in the sidecar, behind the seat.

I have the old "Cycle World" mag that has the article on the Honda somwhere, it was/is a cool bike. The side is an awsome thing... by it's self.

Ah ha,.....don't under estimate JJ

Just when you thought that bike didn't hold enough fuel to warm the engine, in actuality, it probably carries enough to go on a pretty long trip.

one of my favorite bikes made is that airstream sidecar bike. The leather work is some thing that even Xian would appreciate its well done. the sidehack is covered with aluminum just like the old airstreams he made it for some cat, maybe the owner of airstream. the fuel tank is in the sidecar. As far as sidecar bikes go i think its probably the best out there. very clean.

I dont care who you are when you see this in real life, you appreciate the work and craftsmanship. whether or not you like the style the bike the person who crafted it. The work is ass kickin. thanks for a start of a good thread frank!

nice to see some sort of thread on motorcycles for a refreshing change. I used to have the poop on the radial hell but cant dig it up. pretty interesting what he did to build it, its nothing outrageous but its pretty damn cool to see in parson and hearing it is really fuckin wild.

I'd like to hear it, too.

I don't think I like to ride it, though.

Frank - where did you get the pics of the sidehack? Are there any more? I'ld like to see a bunch - I'm working on mine (sidehack) now.

I had them saved, and I'm pretty sure I might have just "Googled" WCC bikes images.

The WCC myspace page has a ton of bike pics on it, and I'm sure that bike is on it.
