The detail on that frame never ceases to amaze. I don't think the Teutels have ever built something with 1/100 the detail Jesse puts into his bikes.

Anybody wondering how the ol' LBC shop is doing? Took these pics today (February 2017).

It was very cool to finally see where the magic happened, if a little bittersweet that WCC is no longer there.

I thought about going in, but decided against it. Didn't feel right about it if I had no intention of buying anything. Maybe I'll go another time, see if they still have that big devil mural painted on the wall.

I did some research and that Tix business is some sort of online retailer for tickets. Just doesn't feel right that something as stupid as that would be residing in the Mecca of the Chopper world. The building was basically all closed up, but had cars parked out back. No indication the shop area was being used for anything fabrication related. Probably just renting out warehouse space.

Now that I know that big spiderweb gate is still there, I'm totally having my CFL professionally photographed in front of it.

From what I saw, it seemed like the gate was still a part of the thrift store property. I don't mind asking for permission or even paying a small amount to be able to shoot during the daytime. With any luck, people will think my bike also rolled out of the LBC haha.

Thanks buddy. No bike projects for now, still have the softtail so, I'll still be riding. I'm always neck deep in hot rod projects, though.

Maybe someday I'll do a soft, cushy, bagger...........
