Built by (for) Jay Hodge. Once owned by: Billy Lane and now in the possession of the same man that owns Chango Blanco

I was wondering who ended up with Jay's bike after Billy had it. Thanks Jason

It is a very well built bike. It is in my garage as of last night. Cant wait to be done with work so I can take it out tonight. Lance is a very cool guy. He was one of the best I have purchased anything from. I am hoping he can take a trip to Minneapolis and put some miles on. I will be talking to him today.

I have been in the business for 9 years and I have never met a single person with a Revtech engine failure. I have heard stories...but never met a single person with a failure. Hope you are well.
Wow,.....Jason,......doing some "Not the Normal" thread reading, huh. You replied to a post I put up from March of 2011,.........

That's cool,.....I do the same thing some times. Anyway,....I only base my opinions on what I've heard and read. I'm not in the position to actualy own and test every engine out there,.....but the Gen 1 Rev Tech has the most negative reports that I've read. That's what my comment was based on.

Oh and,......while comparing Jesse's high end Partick Racing engine to the Rev Tech is a valid point,.........you thnk mentioniong Larry's and Dave's Pan Heads, with antiquated magneto and carb failures is? Kinda to be expected, no?

It should be noted,......those engines themselves, didn't fail either....just the accessories did.

No,.......it's the Sturgis Special style tank.

That's what they called it after building it for the first time for that bike. Whitegator showed you an example of another Stugis Special tank,....built for his El Diablo.

As far as I know, my tank and the tank for the sturgis special were the only two sturgis special tanks Jesse ever built for shop built bikes. Or that's what Jesse told me back in late 2005 when I was having mine built.
