CFL invoice question

First of all I'm Canadian and ordered a CFL frame to have it delivered to family in NY.
I'm going to pick it up and pay all duties and taxes myself at the border to prevent brokerage and extra shipping fees into Canada.
I ordered it on Dec.28 and was shipped Feb.14 to NY.
I was going to pick it up today but I was told that there is not an invoice with the frame. I need the invoice to cross the border with frame!!
Does the invoice get shipped with the parts box?

Your invoice goes to mailing/billing address. MSO follows anywhere up to 8 weeks. Usually there's an invoice with each delivery. Maybe call James at WCC.

Thanks for the reply Sinner1. I have my billing address and MSO address my house in Canada and shipping address in NY. I'm 3 hrs ahead here in Canada compared to CA. I don't think parts dept is open on Sat. I'll call later to see.

It's been six weeks for me so maybe the last time I heard 2 weeks for the other parts it was the truth. Just frustrating you know...I guess anyone can buy a bike completed. This is why they are called customs.

Thanks SoCal...reading that thread was more depressing than reading my divorce settlement Now I'm thrilled that I got my frame and MSO within 8 weeks!

I ordered the sale CFL from Canada as well. Had it shipped directly to my home though and yes the invoice is in with the parts (oil bag, batt box, badge, etc.)box. I got it all together but from reading all the threads, looks like I was lucky. I'm wondering if WCC couldn't just fax you an invoice now since it's already paid for. They've been pretty good to deal with so far. Good luck.
