Finished machining my rear hub spacer.

Gona be bitchin once I polish it.

3rd times a charm...
First sproket I ordered was a 23T .500 offset...
Was 1/4 out to far...
2nd one i ordered was a .250 offset... turns out I got one that wasn't thick enough... for a new model trans...
The 3rd one and final one was a .250 offset .76in thick for a chain drive conversion sprocket.... which turned out to be the perfect one... so now my chain alignment is nice n straight...
Also kinda got the idea of where my seats gona sit...
Still waiting on the correct back tire from back order before I can mount the the rear fender... which in turn I can then mount the seat...

Coming together
Threw the jugs and heads on so I could mock up the exhaust and weld the bung in on that. Put the bars and controls on for shits n gigs. And sat the motor mount on to see what it will look like. Still waiting on my correct back tire... still on back order... wish it was here so I could have everything else welded in...

Tire finally came in
My correct tire finally showed up... looks like it's about almost an inch of a different from a 55 series to a 50 series... I'll post pics once I get it back from the tire shop. But here's a lil side view... can't wait to get it on the ground n see her stance

On first mock-up build I positioned my back fender same way as you.
I was thinking of a touring bike or something.
Later I changed it so it ended almost vertical - looks much better.
