El Diablo prices

Been a long time looker on the forum, tons of great info. I am considering selling my El Diablo, it was a shop built bike with chrome frame. I have had it for 5 or so years, just curious how to find the current value. I am not fan of Ebay, so thought I would start with the experts

Facebook is a far better selling vehicle than ebay..When I sold my Shovel I got at least 20 people interested in the first week, all local , it's nice because you can message each other the moment they or you get to the computer or hear them message from another room.

Here is some advice.( List it way higher because (it may be different with a nice machine like yours) but with an old shovel like mine, 75% home made, people have no idea what something is worth because they are too lazy to do the research on it.

All people know how to do is, once you put real number on it then "slash their throat" will you come down in price? "Hell no". feel like making some smart ass remark, did you do the research? so list it high you will be able to feel out the serious buyers. NO! is the best answer.

I ended up selling the bike for $2700, engine and trans cost. I came down $100 to make all parties satisfied.
It's not so much the money , but if you give them the feeling that they won in the end then every body is satisfied....the add is free..

I’ve seen that bike before. It’s in Torrence and selling for 35k. Beautiful bike and well worth it for a shop built.
