Need help to identify my CFL please!!!

Please help me to identify this bike please, I'm planing to buy this bike for my brother as a birthday present.

- What type of frame is it, is it 1CFL?
- Is it a real S&S engine?
- Does "MS11MC00400007220" stand for something?
- If it is not 1CFL, is 1CFL better than this one?
- Is it a original WCC wheels?
- Is it a original WCC exhaust?

Thank you

Here's the build thread for that CFL.

Finally Got Some Pictures

Not going through the entire build thread but from what I recall (someone correct me if I'm wrong):

-Genuine CFL frame, but converted from 200mm LSD (left side drive) to 250mm RSD (right side drive)

-Not a villain tank. Custom made by Sean at Metal Shop Customs?

-S&S Mill

-Don't remember what the VIN says

-Wheels and exhaust are not WCC. I think pipes are Martin Bros. but cut down? Wheels are Weld Racing?
