Advice on 2000 WCC dragon frame specs

I have a bike I bought that is a 2000 dragon rigid that came out of Long Beach. The MSO doesn't state frame specs. Original builder thinks it's 4 up and 4 out, how can I confirm it?

Any way to tell if it's 4 out? I've been all over the web looking for measurements.

Take a measurement from the seat post to the neck.

for fucks sake. its a standard 4up 2out CFL.

The dragon was a softail. The rigid is a CFL.

First think fussy britches it's a dragon rigid, says it on the motherfucken MSO. I just wanted confirmation on the up and out since the origināl builder thought it was 4 up and 4 out. Now go change your tampon.

hey bud... its a 4 up CFL frame.... its not a Dragon. Possibly an earlier CFL as there is a battery tray n the oil tank!
looks nice! unless it was a custom frame CFL it is likely a 4 up 2 put

It's a 4 up cfl, not a dragon. Dragon had completely different rear section with different axle blocks than cfl. Look st the serial number stamped on your frame where front motor mounts are. Pretty sure it starts with "cfl".

I wear pads. Tampons are just nasty.... Like that Q-tip after you forget to clean your ears for a couple of months.

-small tidbit of info ;

-The C.C.I. catalogs, [approx. '01-'05]...Sold the "CFL's" as "Dragon's" [rigid's]...Described as 2" & 4" up w/a 1" stretch.

-Dunno, off hand when C.C.I. offered the "softail"...Which we call the "Dragon"

-perhaps '06 or '07...Personally i have no clue if the C.C.I. pre '06 had "DRAGON" on the M.S.O...Or stamped on frame ???

-The pic above imho appears to be a 4" up [C.F.L.]
