Advice not as a medical doctor , but as a bodybuilder for many many years...
Active and passive stretching and muscle building exercises for back and neck which allign the spine in place and support it afterwards.

And indeed, loose unhealthy weight ....

Fuck no to surgery, fuck no to pain killers beyond ibuprofen. I don,t mind massages and chiropractors, but should not become substitute for your own work on yourself.

Made a few of the fiddly bits for the brake control, spline shaft male and female splines etc, and then mocked it up again.

haha just got done redoing rear brake lines and making a spacer for brake tee, thought i did ok then I see this BROVO...

Still in progress! Been pretty busy but I will update progress soon, I painted the tank and rear fender etc and really only need to paint the frame and do the wiring but I have to get a cert for the work so far and that's why I haven't painted the frame yet
