OK.. I switched everything out with the oil filter hoses instead of the metal lines etc and so far no leaks.. However I took the oil cap off while it was warming up and I don't see the oil swirling around.. I see bubbles forming in the tank but should it be flowing pretty good?? I know on my old sporty you could see the oil flowing around?? If this is ok then good but I am wondering if my oil filter/Cooler is restricting the flow some and that may have been the problem all along?? We will see.. If this continues to leak now I am going to ditch the oil cooler and just go with a filter and see what happens.. I have the Perf-form oil cooler..
Thanks any feedback on this would help

Me too.. That is the only thing (to-date) I have been fighting.. I may be switching my oil cooler set up with what you have.. I think my filter is too fine of a filter.. HELL I dont' know at this point.. I know I am getting oil back to the tank so I will see if i get any leaks due to too much pressure build up.

SH...What makes you think your not flowing much oil...If you are getting the cooling that you decribed earlier, then your Perf Form is fine...Just because the ad says one flows XXX amount dosent mean a whole lot...Its more about your pump...At 175 - 200 deg, whats the problem??

Well I pulled the return line off today and it is barely flowing back to oil tank.. I think that is why it's taking so long for my temp gauge to registar.. When I pulled the cape off there was hardly any oil movement at all however it was bubbling and I know it's getting back to the tank.. I have had problems with the oil lines leaking. Well you know the problems I have been having.. I have your oil filter mount on there now and I haven't rode it but I let it idle for 20 mins but no leaks.
I just think there should be a little more flow than that.. I don't understand how it could cool the oil if it's flowing that slow and according to the specs of my motor they say not use anything less than a 40 micron filter and mine are between 4-22.?? What do you think?

Yeah.. I went right from the diagrams from here..
I know the lines from the oil filter are correct.. Feed line going to the fitting under the motor and the return line going to the oil tank
First line in oil tank goes to the oil pump and the other is a vent.. Seems right and it's how Mr Scary has his hooked up.
I know the feed is right because when the oil tank was plugged it shot that metal tubing off and oil squirted about 10 from where the bike is sitting.. LOL
