Ultima wiring harness

Hi!
I have almost finish my modified Ultima fat bastard 250 bike, but I run into a strange problem with my ultima wiring harness #18-530. Ok, so let me explain. I have wired all that I need and all is working fine except that my bike wont start. So I start measuring and I found that on kill switch (pin 3 and pin 6 on right switch housing connector) when connected voltage drops to 25mV . When I disconnect the two pins I have 12V on pin 3(kill switch power) and when connected voltage drops. I think that this is not OK. Even when connected in bridge(without the kill switch) the start button is dead...nothing happens.
If anyone can help I will really appreciated.

Anyone, maybe knows the problem? I think that maybe is the starter relay but I dont know for sure. Here in Slovenia is impossible to find this type of relay so I have to order it.

Man, if you can find a copy of the wiring diagram and post it, then you will have a lot better response to your question..People here love helping troubleshoot , but usually don't like looking up wiring diagrams from different bikes...that takes searching...Post the schematic and there are a number of people here that will help, my self included..
