Cufflink's Ultima 250 Rigid

I know your last post was 2014 but its worth a try, I’m wondering what size was your rear tire? And how tall was it from bottom to top? Is your front 21 inches? How long is your springer fork? I’m building a ultima 250mm rigid but mine is older type without the curve brace like you have on the rear. Thank you..
