Justin at Two Bit Choppers

Does anybody know Justin at Two Bit Choppers? I need someone to light a fire under his ass for me, I ordered a set of Redneck axle covers from him over six months ago and still have nothing. Its not like I ordered a rocket engine or something. I have e-mailed him and called the shop several times and he still doesnt return my inquiries. I am getting f-ing pissed, not at the fact it is taking soo long but not returning my calls is bull shit business practices. He did return one call three monthes ago and said he was having a hard time with them and he would get right on them but its three more monthes and frankly I have had it! so now maybe some one out here can help me out if you know something I dont, like he ran into some shit/problems or something.

I hate to bash someone who cant defend themselves, but something has to happen. I am going to Sturgis soon and my bike just doesnt feel complete without them and it sucks!

Thanks for letting me vent a little, Mufdvr

Oh yea, and Justin if you are on here reading this READ YOUR E-MAILS! And the axle covers are the ball milled ones!

I went through the same thing with one of his air cleaners and I am still waiting for my points cover which I am not holding out much hope for. I was very happy with the A/C but I would not have ordered it if I knew it was going to take as long as it did. I have emailed him about the points cover and haven't heard back since I dont know when.

It's a shame because I really like his stuff but the business side of his house needs work. I am not bashing him. I wanted to support guys on the forum, which I did (Pearson Springer, Paco, Poverty), but I expect decent service in return.

If he did up and quit I could use my $30 back....better call the credit card company to dispute the charge.

I had the same problem way back in September. Point covers lost by chromer and promised the next week (twice). Never got them but I did get a refund.

I just talked to Justin today, he has been out of town for the past week or so on family stuff. He had his phone calls forwarded to his cell but something happened and his cell got destroyed. As far as his customer service, I have talked with him numerous times and he has given me a lot of info I was looking for and I think he is great to deal with. I ordered a set of pipes from him, so we will see how long it takes. He also mentioned that he gets a lot of spam mail and whatnot and has to try and sort through it. Best way I found to get ahold of him is call during normal business hours.

Nick

Yea he is a nice guy on the phone but he needs-well I will leave it at that! Well see how this plays out. Good luck with those pipes! As far as the family thing and being gone for a week does not explain three months of e-mails and phone calls!

I have been around people that make excuses like that and it usually means one thing...I will leave it at that. His excuses are just that...excuses. That is no way to run a business. Enjoy those pipes...can you have him send my points cover to you and then you can send it to me?

Hmmmm.

Back in March, I posted this thread about him being featured in the May issue of Bike Works.
http://www.clubchopper.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=50031

No comments followed. Is that an indication of people's experience with him? Or did no one really want to be associated with the thread. Like if you can't say something good, don't say anything at all?

It sux when you don't get what you paid for.
Hope things get settled for all of you.

Just my .02

Just looked back in my CC mail box. It's only been four months now for that points cover. Too many emails and phone calls to count. Chappy..since you seem to be able to contact him, maybe you could have him read this thread so we can either get refunds or our parts, since going the the credit card dispute process is a pain.
