Title for Fabricated Motorcycle in Oklahoma

Im going through this process right now - we have to deal with the OTC, "Oklahoma Tax Commission" - i got to say these guys are total FUKIN Idiots...

As some of you know ive built a electric motorcycle out of a honda shadow - now im force to do the fabricated vehicle thing here... they gave a list of everything i need a receipt for, described in the photos below...

i had a receipt for everything except for the things an electric motorcycle doesnt use, stuff like exhaust system, gas tank, transmission, engine...

so i got rejected - i called the idiot handling my app at OTC, he told me that i now need the receipts i do have to be notarized... so if i bought a handle bar at wall mart, i would have to get the receipt notarized???

well im re-submitting, which take another six weeks to process. by the time i get to legally ride my motorcycle it will be winter...

This Sucks...
