Well I got my title yesterday, I found someone else on here that said the forms are all online so I looked it up and found the "affirmation for specially constructed or reconstructed vehicle" and "vehicle equipment affirmation". I brought them to the mvd and the manager told me it wasn't possible to drive that bike on the road, she said someone else is trying to do the same thing and it's meant to be an off road vehicle. So after a couple trips, bugging, and arguing, I finally got her to email someone else. A couple weeks later she called and told me to bring the bike and the paperwork that I brought before. After that, it was really fast and painless, I just had to mount a few things temporarily and it was good to go. It ended up being less than $250 for all of the tax and everything.
