Exclamation 1/2" tube frame chop :)

Hei....
I am a crazy Englishman living in Finland and at the age of 51 I am designing my own chopper..
AND NO
it is not a type error I am planning a 1/2" dia tube frame, and same size for my girders.
I started work as a boiler maker (1/2" thick plate up to 4" for flanges) at the age of 16 and have worked as a sheet-metal work for the last 8 years.

I do have a few questions

1... I am planning a hardtail old school-ish bike. But I want my lady to ride with me so can any1 help on good loooking but well padded seat for her. I will be happy with a saddle seat.

2... what the length of a standard headstock???

well thats it for now I think
If any of you have questions about my chop just ask

for my customers that wanted passenger seats, most used phantom pads. first one's girl complained cuz he didn't clean it once and the suction cups slid, so after that i used the one with the small bracket on the front and welded a nut to the fender for better security. nice thing about them is you can yank them when you don't have a passenger and show off the fender.

Twizzle has done something similar. He's in the UK. You sound a little bit mental so the 2 of you should get along.
