Header pipe fitment

Will a set of 2 into 1 headers for a 2012-27 FXST fit an 88 -96 S&S evo?

yes they will in most cases. The heads are the same and the frame mount is in the same place. The newer bike will have 02 sensors ports you will need to plug but it should fit fine
