Tappet block oil problems

Tappet block oil feed problems. I have an 88 cubic inch revtech motor and I'm having issues with the oil feed from the motor to the tappet block the front one spits oil but the back when doesn't any help would be great

passages clear? Whats the tappet screen look like? Does it have the proper gaskets on the lifter blocks? The front is different from the rear. Does it have the correct cam cover gasket on it? The case breather engines use a different gasket than a head breather..
