07 AIH slammer

Hey guys, new to the forum and just recently purchased a 07 slammer EFI bike. Rode around for a week or so with no issues but went out to start it two days ago and the idle was starting off around 1k then would quickly creep up to about 3k. I would have to reverse turn the throttle pretty hard and the rpms would drop but then the bike would not idle. I adjusted the throttle cables just to make sure there were no issues there..none. Took the air filter out and throughly cleaned the throttle body and butterfly. No fix. I pulled the IAT sensor and cleaned it up. Put it back together and the bike now idles around 1000-1250 but after about 30 sec. it starts to creep up to 2k. Iím looking for any insight on what else I could check or do, oh the battery is new and connections are good so I am just at a loss. Also is the RHC the same thing as the ECU for the throttle body and holds the maps? If not then where is the ECU located on the bike and can u plug into it to view its parameters? The bike has sat for 4yrs before I bought it so Iím just wondering what else I can do to trouble shoot my issues. Thanks
