Question Help identifying transmission

My father (who passed away last year) had a custom chopper built and I am in the process of selling it. I know very little about it and I'm having trouble identifying the transmission. It has 6 Speed stamped on it and I can see a serial number as well as a logo. I've attached some images. Can anyone help with that? Thanks!

The logo is a PM logo (performance machine) they only make the hydraulic actuator. The W in the serial could denote its a wontech which built the trannys branded by Accessories Unlimited, Revtech and Prowler. I have a source for parts for those it thats what it turns out to be. But thats just a complete guess......Sadly if its not a Baker you will be lucky to identify it from the serial number......Most of the importers are out of business besides Ultima and Revtech.....
