Next Briggs powered chop
This bike will be similar to a Rooke bike in style. No tank on the backbone, it will be under the engine. It will have a one-off hand built front end (still in the CNC) 21 x 3 front wheel with a 17 x 11 rear wheel. The rear suspension will be a single leaf spring with a friction shock. Whole bike painted bright white with red accents. 35 hp Briggs with a modified Comet torque convertor - yep! Its automatic!!

First front end part is off the CNC.
Hint - there won't be a top triple tree...

Rear wheel getting ready for sealant so it can be run tubeless.
It's a 17 x 11 made by Black Bike Wheels. I bought them off ebay, delaced them, had them powder coated, relaced them and trued them. First set of spoke wheels and they are perfect!

Thanks Choppa! I'm waiting on more CNC time for front end parts and for the water jet cutter to get to my stuff. Planning on building the steering neck shaft and top cap on Friday, unless I have to work.

Did you do the whole engine cover? Or just the circle?

Just the polished alum circle piece with the slots in it. The cover is texturized plastic. I had to hi-build primer it, wet sand it and paint it to match the powder coated parts. Had to work Friday, so no machine work done on the bike. Today I'll go out and seal up the rear wheel and work on more drawings to build stuff next week.

I think what you are doing is very cool. I've often thought about doing a B&S build using the V-twin Vanguard engine. I like to see one-off builds using engines other than typical Harley type V-twins and/or metric based machines. Kudos to you and your build. I'll stop by again to see your progress.
