I'm gonna truck the bike down to my buddies house in Mesa Az next month and meet up with a few other buddies. I'm the baby at 63. We're gonna head Az bike week for a day or two.

Spade, have you ever been ? Anybody going? Maybe we can meet up.

How does it feel compared to another big inch v twin? You notice any more or different vibration in the bike?

5g's, didnt think it was too bad.
My uncle now has a Bobber (Rigid), Pro-Street (Red horse?) and now Chopper (BBC Merc)

So bobber needs gas (uncle likes to sit and rev it, has used all the fuel doing this before so nothing new, Pro-street needs wheel bearings and axle spacers, Chopper needs battery and new fuel line.

Wife and I want to go out to Austin to meet ChopperFugger, Alvin to meet Grease Slinger, and I gotta put you on the list and the guys at 32Choppers. lol

Yes, it has more vibration. Not bad at all, but more..The power is totally worth it..It does have to stop at the gas station more..lol

140 Update.. I have 3k on the engine now. I took the R1 off and put on the 48 Mikuni.. Night and day. There is zero lag at any speed. This engine is so FUN! Third gear is indescribable.. It's really hard to see how fast ur going eyes watering and trying to hold on but its around 100.. The engine has massive power at all speeds. The sweet spot is about 85..Ive gotten 31 miles per gallon on the freeway..I did have to upgrade the starter to a 1.7 All balls..It ate two ultima starters..It has great manners for an engine like this. A little more vibration but not bad. Overall IM EXTREMELY HAPPY with it and would do it again..Love lunching the new high dollar 131 Harleys..
