No JamesS sir, what I'm referring to is the fork stem itself. It's flush on the bottom of the lower triple tree and It's not just a normal allen head bolt... I'll get pics soon as I get off in the am lol

use a 1/2 or 3/8 drive ratchet and insert it into the end. loosen the small allen on the back of the tree first. mine takes a 3/8 drive
