Identify Frame *Help

Hello Everyone,
This past Sunday I picked up this frame -(well, what I needed was the front end but it came as a package)
Anyways, the frame is really nice brand new powder coating etc.
I’ve looked everywhere and no sign of manufacturer or any markings.
The guy I got it from doesn’t know anything because he got it with the contents of his deceased Dad’s garage and when he got it the frame was raw metal and he couldn’t find any markings. He thought he would build something so he had it powder coated and never got around doing much else.

Any one here with a clue of what this might be ?
It’s a nice piece - I love how the oil bag hugs the down tube etc

Here some pictures

Looks like Redneck engineering frame to me Redneck gettin High 6up 6out.
Was the front end a Springer by chance?

I’m in San Francisco also, outer mission.
Nobody from Redneck retired but he sold all his jigs to the fine folks in TX at 32 choppers in DFW. The redneck frame number should be on the front of the engine mount possible someone went over it with filler.

Reach out if you wanna talk chops. I’m building one for cross country trip next summer. Cheers
