American Ironhorse Outlaw Electrical issue.

Hi all wonder if someone could throw there 2 cents in, i have a 2005 Ironhorse Outlaw with s&s 111.

The issue i have is when rolling on the throttle slowly through the gears at around 3k rpm the bike jerks as if slipping the clutch and gains power, but only jerks once like a power band,

also when cruising at highway speed the bike will pop and fart, i pull over pull clutch in and the bike regains itself then happens again later down the road,

So far i have replaced, crank sensor, stator, regulator, coils, twin tec ignition, RCH, ignition switch and carb, disconnected speedo and still has issue.

Since replacing the coils with twintec 3ohm coils the bike runs even worse!! Wires are all good as well, i have checked all connections with ohm meter,

wiggled every wire over and over and nothing. Any help to find this problem would be incredible as i am thinking of calling a priest to do an exorcism lol

Grounds first , all of them.
Make sure the front end is grounded properly , ie: the ground from the riser mount bolt to the frame.
