Fork Identification

I am hoping someone can help me ID these forks. They have no markings on them. Ultimately I need to find a set of triples and an axle to fit. Here's what I know;
Upper legs = 55.8mm
Blind axle with 22mm bore
Spanner wrench style caps
3.5" caliper brackets

Any ideas on who makes them and/or where I could find triples/axle to work with them would be greatly appreciated!

I wonder if it,s not Mean Street Cycles similar to the ones I have. I know the lowers have 41 mm tubes. Don,t remember the uppers… the top nut Is spanner.
