First build question

Need basic v-twin wiring diagram for custom build. Nothing fancy, no turn signals or fancy electronics, just switch on and go. Oil tank did not come with oil lines routing diagram. (4) lines from tank-----drain, pick up ( both pick up at bottom of tank), and (2) have stem pipes inside tank (return oil?). Does one of the pick up lines go to the bottom of the oil pump? Thanks

Lots of wire diagrams on here just do a search. Same with the rest but if you put water in your oil tank the first hole to drain will be your feed line to oil pump. Second hole to drain would be return line from filter. Then your last one is a vent. Just make sure your plug is in or it will be first. Off your oil filter one goes to the bottom of oil pump one to the return. I forget which goes where but if I had more time I'd tell ya.....right now its back to work.

The oil feed line goes directly to the (oil in) fitting on the front of the oil pump. The bottom fitting on the pump goes to the oil filter.

I posted a simple wiring diagram that I created for my CFL build, on the West Coast Chopper thread.
PM me if you have any questions.

Welcome to CC. there are oil line diagrams in my gallery. The earlier Case breathers are a little different than the late head breather style engines but I am pretty sure both are in there
