Anyone ever buy from here???

I have been looking around for parts for my next chop and I came across this place. Prices seem really low and I wondered if any of you have used their parts???

Do a thread search on this site and form your own opinion, but it doesn't look good.

you may hear a few people slating Demons as being no good, Yet I found them very helpfull and as well as being low cost the service was good, shipping was quick and reasonable rates....I am here In England and bought a set of 80 spoke wheels and a DNA 4 over front end from them and they were here in less than 2 weeks (thats almost half way round the world!!!) and at about 1/4 the cost of buying the same parts here....My buddy Phill also bought a set of forks from them and a set of 60spoke wheels and a few other items from them also with NO problems whatsoever....from what I gather most peoples complaints seem to be about things going wrong with the shippers they use.(FED EXPRESS)......they have a HUGE turnover every year and although bloody anoying and a pain in the ass if it's your order that goes missing or gets dammaged in transit,I don't think it's fair to blame them for everything that goes wrong....I even had them call me to see if everything had arived ok and if I was happy with them.......but like I said you will also hear people putting them down as they didn't have the same experiance as I and my buddy had......................they have been going a long time and I'm sure if they were as bad as some say the BBB in Florida would have closed in on them...which has not happened..

Do a search on them like pokergolf said.

They do alot of bussiness, so not everyone will have a bad experience.
I believe they only stay in business because of people such as yourself, looking to save a buck, except that in your case you asked questions first.
Needless to say I'm one of those that had a bad experience with them, and no, it wasn't a freight problem.

In this case "BUYER BEWARE" is something that holds very true here.

As far as the BBB goes, they are strictly a reporting agency, and have no jurisdiction over a bussiness, so that's probably not a bad idea to contact them also.

Again, do a search on this site about Demons and come to your own conclusions.
If after that you still wanna do business with them, all I can say is that you've been warned.

If you know exactly what you need and a cheap part will work, they aren't that bad to deal with. I have ordered some parts and got what I expected and paid for.

Most of what they sell is products from Midwest, you can order straight from jireh cycles and cut out the marked up prices! For example an length midwest forks and sliders through jireh are 299. Demons 399.

i've never used them, never will, simply because of the great amount of problems that decent seeming people have had with them. i believe that tom came here once to defend himself, and sounded like a first class ass.

i'm pretty sure that's when my opinion solidified.

I started out buying from them with my build. Everything went smooth at first then I bought a brke caliper and bracket. Well the bracket was wrong there was no way it would work as far as bolting up to the caliper. Long story short I sent it back (Bracket) after a long wait I called them and they said there was nothing wrong with it they used it on one of there builds and that was the end they would not send me a bracket. From that day on i swore not to buy another part from them.
