Initial jetting for tune, 98" pan/shovel, S&S E

Short and simple, getting new pipes for the bike and want to tune the carb accordingly. Bike originally had garbage drags on it, now it has a garbage 2-1 with a butterfly. New pipes will be 1 3/4" apprx 35" long and baffled.

S&S suggests the idle at 3, intermediate between .031 and .036, and the main Between .072 and .086.

Bike is at sea level on the California coast. I will be doing a load/ plug test but would like to get some input on the baseline starting point.

If you have a similar set up or suggestion let me know!

Talked to a shop wrench locally, he's got generally the same build with a 79 main and 29.5 intermediate. I guess I'll try that for a starting point.
