no ya fine.............as long as it ain't touching you'd be ok with just a few millimeters....5-10mm would do ya.............

Alright thanks! I was thinking of running an oil cooler anyway because I heard that with these 127s if you are in a lot of stop and go traffic it will get hotter than a mother ****. This winter I am pulling the pipes and sending them off to JetHot to get the 2500 ceramic coating and then re-wrap the top of the pipes as pictured.
