You could get a belt with a couple more teeth.

That should back up the sprocket close to a half inch.

The bike builders used too short a belt.

The wheel is sitting closer to the back half of pilot for the axle... Can't go back much more. I'll post pics for you guys in the next few days...

I know I'm responding to a very old post. Do you still sell the HHI rig? I'm wanting to go with a 48T on my '48.

Yes I do but they only offer a 51T setup I'd suggest a PM if you need a 48T. We are a PM dealer also. I can get you prices if you let me know what finish you would like.

Thanks for responding, John. I'd rather have black, but can go with polished. I keep the chrome to a minimum.
Do you have a line on a single flange rear hub, or can I run a front hub in the rear? I'm already committed to a sprotor, now just have to make it happen...

I can do a black setup in either all black or contrast cut which would have the PM logo in silver. I can do everything including the hardware for $799.99 when you are ready to order it just holler.....I will need to get it straight from PM. I used to stock them but the demand for them as came to a stand still...... On the hub yes I can get a hub from Blackbike or a whole wheel whatever you like.
