S&S super G on Ultima 113'

Hey all I am trying to put my s&s carb on Ultima 113' the installation manual says to install s&s intake but it doesn't fit, it is all of a 1\4 bigger than ultima intake manifold. So is it ok to grind the ends down until I can fit it in place or should I just put Ultima intake back on? Thanks in advance!

Prolly better to run the Ultima intake. When you cut down the S&S intake ou will have to back cut it so the seals and flanges will fit....

Thanks John. That is what I will do then. On another note how big is that wiring harness of yours the one that runs everything it is hard to tell in the pictures on you site?

Its not very big we use circuit breakers so they can be positioned wherever the best fit your bike no bulky boxes to hide or printed circuit boards to fail. We use a Badlands T/S controller which is about 2"x1"x 1/2" and can be fitted wherever it will fit on your build
