76 Shovelhead FLH

Anyone got a diagrahm for the start circuit on 76 FLH? This has the relay under the battery box and the solenoid mounts parallel to the primary.

Sure do, but I don't know how to post it... Maybe this'll help:

On the starter relay, 1((tan) goes to battery positive and the ignition switch(1 & 3), 2(Green) goes to the trigger terminal on the solenoid, and 3(black) goes to a terminal in the bullnose that goes to the starter switch on the handlebar - the other side of the starter switch goes to the kill switch center terminal, which also goes(white) to the neutral light and the ignition coil... The end terminal of the kill switch(Grey) goes to a terminal in the bullnose, then on to the ignition circuit breaker - the other side of that breaker goes to the ignition switch(5&6)...

The starter relay also shows a black wire that's grounded to a trans stud...

Take it one circuit at a time, and you should be OK...
