You don't owe me an explanation! I was just interested. I thought I might be able to learn something, teach you something, offer my assistance. So, i guess I'll drag my ass over to the other side of my shop where my real engines(5 sitting there)! make 8000HP & cost $100K apiece, stupid me for being interest

Those are CRAZY numbers. FWIW, I got a 120 Ultima that put down 129.7 T and 125.7 HP. That sheet is from April '05. My old man's BOX STOCK 124" in a 1995 bagger went to Carl's Speed Shop on Oct 19 '06 and ran 146.10T and 131.57HP! Dad said Carl almost shit himself. TK.

There was this great little tavern out in the sticks of CT that I'd go to back in the days when I worked at "Brother's H-D" in New Haven (90-91). WTF was the name of that place? "Red Dog Saloon"........red something or other IIRC? Then there was the "Hardtail Cafe" in North Haven. I saw a club member jumpin up & down on some poor dude's head in that place once. I was just leaving as the cops were pulling in to the parking lot. TK.

No, I did not have any parts failure, although it does appear that the front cylinder was running lean. That was a surprise to me because for the first 500 miles, the plugs looked great.
I'm looking to smooth out the exhaust ports and I'm o-ringing the cylinders.
Ultima heads.

those heads are designed pretty well(probably the best part in the motor) so if your gonna do any porting theres a good chance your going to loose power .

Biggy, I disagree. I think the Flywheel assembly is probably the best part.
Smooth as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yea, I've heard that about these heads. As I've said before, I'm sorry I even pulled the engine out. I should have left it alone.

TK, i'm not familiar with (Now or in the past) with the CT scene.
Rosalini's really is the only place I remember cause Of the band scene. It was right over the RI line.
I have to say that CT has some nice ridin goin on.

Thanks, I didn't want my first Harley engine to be on this bike...so it's at a friends gettin' gone through! If it had eight cylinders, I have done plenty of those.
