Thanks for the reply. I have built several of these running a 1.5" belt which finding the .50" trany pulley offset are very easy to get and stock them. What I'm having trouble locating is the 1.25" trany sprocket offset to run chain drive. The biggest sprocket offset that Baker offers is not enough so looking for a distributor who does offer it. Any leads?

PBI makes a .810" offset for chain, and I know that someone else here on CC (or maybe over at CW) used a .900" offset once. Might try to call PBI and see.

I see it's been a while since anyone responsed to this thread, but I have the same problem.

I'm running a 330 rear and a chain drive. I ordered the Baker .9 offset sprocket, and it's .25" short of what I need.

Anyone have any leads for someone manufacturing a 1.25" offset front sprocket?

Offset Sprocket

Hello, I originally posted the thread trying to locate an offset sprocket thats .25" more then what baker offers. My machinest is taken a look at the setup as we speak I was trying to avoid having to make them because we are going to have to make a run of 50 sprockets. Having to program the CNC and take the time to set it up we would have to make a run of 50 and hope to sell them to cover our cost to make them. So if you know of anyone else looking for this sprocket setup give them my contact info if possible and I will sell you yours at my cost.

I found them at Ricks Motorcycles in Germany, and they are available through three US Distributors (two in FL, one in WI). I paid $175 for mine. Lots cheaper than a CNC run, I'm sure...
