Ultra Chooper % S&S 113"
I am doing my research before I purchase a chopper this spring. I am looking for input from anyone with their thoughts about UMC, Ultra Motorcycle Company (UMC) I am limited to the choppers I can buy in Canada and the Ultra's are Transport Canada approved. They look good with 113" S&S engines and various other quality parts like primo primary and Dakota gauges. It comes with a 2-year warranty. I have read a lot about guys that have had problems with their 113" S&S engine, mainly with starter and battery problems. The fix usually cam in the form of compression release being installed. I was planning on getting it installed before I have any problems right when I get the bike if it doesn’t already have it installed. I would also need to find a shop that I could trust as I am not confident on drilling my heads to install the compression release. Any input on Ultra Motorcycles and the S&S 113" problems or praises would really help me out before I make my dreams come true.
Thanks Matt

No offense tetra you could be legit, but I kind of find it odd that all of a sudden in the past few days ultra motorcycles is being mentioned very often around here. If you are legitamitly asking then try the search function Im sure that will help.

I own an Ultra and it is for sale. Let me know if you are interested. The S&S cranks over easier than Revtech's in my opinion, but the CCA of your battery really makes a difference from what I have experienced.
