Brembo brake ID

Hey fellas, I need to replace the rear brake pads on my bike and I'm not sure what model caliper I have. I could sure use a model number or pad ID....

Just so I have this clear. Its 4 pads, 2 on each side? I read another diddy that said 4 pads. I'd didn't make sense

I wanted to have some idea before I took it apart.
