help with ultima RSD6

i have an ultima rsd6 with hydralic clutch actuation. the other day my trany wouldnt disengage. so i was looking at the actuator and it was out past the o-ring. i knocked it back in bat damaged the o-ring. it has been fine for over a year then boom??? ive looke donline for parts and guidance to no avail, anyone know how where and how to replace the o-ring. and why this my have happened. i havent pulled the pushrod out yet but will soon....maybe it broke.. IDK

might just be wear and tear, or your riding style changed a bit?

I know I kept destroying my throw out bearing on my FXR and had to install a stock spring on my clutch basket, have you done anything to yours any small changes?

could be a different problem.

i think your right (wear and tear). i took it all apart and the clutch pushrod is wearing at the ends. but i does have stiffer springs in it. wierd tho it only has roughtly 3000 miles on it. looks like ill be changing the pushrod ever 5k.....

Yeah, The clutch basket on my FXR would destroy the throw out bearing every "Spirited" ride lol.

I ended up carrying tools in the tool roll and a few bearings in my pocket lol
