What are these?

I’ve had these billet covers in storage for almost 20 years now and I have no idea what they are and what it fits? I’m guessing they may be clutch and brake cylinder covers? Really have no clue.

I reckon they are axle covers as well.
If they were master cylinder tops they'd have a recess for the top of the bellows to sit in and a vent hole
