12" Ape Hangers on 2001 Road King

I need to know how long to order the clutch cable, throttle cables, and brake line down to the junction over the front fender. I currently have 4" risers, but will probably put stock 1" risers back on.

I usually wait until I get the bars, measure each travel length, and order accordingly. I'm trying to cut that step out and get back on road ASAP.

Thanks!

You will know approximately where the handles will be. Perhaps you can use a 16gage wire to simulate a cable or a brake line, run it through all the bends and see how long it is. Compare to the current cables / lines , see how many inches+ Is necessary
Just a thought.

Was hoping someone had already done this with lengths of them. Not having bars would make it too inaccurate.

Stock cables will usually fit a 12" bar on a Roadking. Sometimes you have to reroute the clutch cable and sometimes you have to go to a +2". On the brakeline you can go 2-4" over since we typically rebend the stock stuff to get the desired length in the shop without replacing cables. Call me I can hook you up if you need lines or cables
