I have a 127 ultima, 8 year old 36000 miles, dropped an intake valve so I done an upper end rebuild, flushed complete motor before running it. rode it 3 days then no oil pressure. pulled pump cover and gears not turning so pulled nose cone and pump drive gear keyway was sheared so replaced it put everything back together and now I have high oil pressure (65psi cold idle) excessive crankcase pressure and no oil getting to the top end or oil filter, help. where did I screw up. I'm pulling my hair out haven't slep for two nights tryn to figure it out. any help welcome

An oil pump should not put out that kind of pressure unless a passage way is clogged which would also go along with oil not flowing and excess crank pressure..wonder if it would be possible to blow it out?

Check gauge. Rig up on air line against a known air pressure. My gage runs half accurate, for now. Worth a try
