BDL Ball Bearing lockup clutch

Took the bike out for a little ride this morning before I take a few things apart. The clutch hub screamed for about 5 seconds. My guess is one of the bearing was stuck. Do these require any kind of dry lube?

I said bearings, I meant one of the balls.

take it apart and see. They are simple setups, and you'll see right away what it is. Could be as simple as needing a new clutch pack from worn down fibers, or plates rusted together, etc.
