The vacuum port or the emissions port?

If it's the vacuum port then you use it for the VOES(if you have one) and/or the vacuum operated petcock(if you have one), otherwise you just cap it.

Sounds like the vent fitting, do not block it off if it is. Check via mikuni tuning manual diagram. I fitted a bit of fuel hose to mine just to extend it down a bit to keep water out from washing. hope this helps...........or could be purge fitting if it is in the middle of back of carb used with emissions kits should be blocked off...........

I took everything apart AGAIN and it looks like the voes is still hooked up. I have a pingle to put on with out a vacuum hook up. The bike has a screaming eagle ignition box I'm blocking off the voes on carb. Am I going to have any problems

If your ignition box is set up to run a VOES then you should run one, if it has a no VOES mode then you can eliminate it.

OK guys the problem was the petcock. I put a pingel on blocked off the vacuum line to the petcock and it started right up.
