2004 APC American Performance Cycle Rear break caliper question

Hello. I am looking for some help...I have. 2004 Highroller APC and I need to change my rear break pads. Would anyone know size and company that made them brake calipers? Look like performance machine?? Thanks in advance for your help

Got picture? The most common is the pm 125x4R. Hawg halters and a few others use the same pad.
