Belt to chain primary

Hi,
My primary belt just broke and I would like to convert to a chain drive primary.

The bike was pieced together back in 1999 and I will list the parts used as follow.

113 S&S engine
FXST 5 speed transmission
1989 thru 1993 inter and outer primary
1991 thru 1993 BDL enclosed 1.5 belt/clutch kit

My options are to purchase a new 1991 to 1993 chain drive kit or a used OEM kit from EBAY. Not sure about the new kits, I think their import. Would rather purchase good used OEM parts but limited on the 91-93 years. Would other primary chain drives work from other years? Will a stock clutch work with the 113 engine?

Have a great day,
Bob

I beleive that any EVO Softail primary will work as long as belt drive used was same distance from crank center to output shaft center on transmission. I may be missing something, but I have pieced together primaries from several different EVO years, and made it work. The starter jackshaft and ratio may be different on different years? Not sure about that one.
